A quick post tonight.  It’s getting late and I’m ready for bed.  Had a great day today!  Bill and Mike decided to do the bike ride from Windermere to Macleod Meadows and back (85 clicks) and Kelli and I played golf.  After four days in a row of walking I decided to treat myself and we carted the entire 18 today.  Good thing because we were behind the slowest foursome ever and it was a five hour round!  Too long for a game of golf.  It was hot and we were very thankful we decided to take the cart.  Score was on the right side of 100 again today but barely so!!!

Came home got changed and headed over to Lenzin’s for a delicious supper!  The weather was lovely when we arrived and we sat down on their dock and enjoyed the early evening.  By the time we headed home however the storm had rolled in and the rain was coming down pretty good.  When we got back to Dad’s place in Windermere we were shocked at the number of trees down.  Dad said the power was out for over an hour here.  They obviously got hit harder than where we were.  There will be a few people out cleaning up tree branches etc. tomorrow.

Bill and Dad going to golf tomorrow.  Not me!  Four days in a row and I’m ready for a rest.  Kelli and I are going to head into Invermere tomorrow and check out the Farmer’s Market.  Other than that, not a lot planned for the day.  Going to drop over and visit a friend and enjoy a slower pace!
